All new recruits to our salesforce undergo a lengthy and intensive sales training course before spending a supervised probationary period in the field.
Every 5 weeks (Journey Cycle), we hold 2-day regional meetings, where we bring our sales people together, brief them on the upcoming promotional cycle and have a mix of classroom roleplaying and in the field training refreshers.
